The Eagles are bringing in a new receiver.

They are signing former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown to a one-year deal worth up to $6.5 million. NFL insider Jordan Schutz first reported the signing.

The 28-year-old has played seven seasons in the NFL after being selected 25th overall by the Baltimore Ravens in 2019. He adds a veteran presence to the wide receiver room, which may or may not include A.J. Brown. The Eagles’ No. 3 receiver since 2023 has been Jahan Dotson, who signed a two-year, $15 million contract with the Atlanta Falcons.

In his NFL career with the Ravens, Arizona Cardinals, and Chiefs, Brown has 371 catches for 4,322 yards with 33 touchdowns. His average yards per catch is just 11.6. In 2025, Brown had a solid 49 catches for 587 yards and five touchdowns after missing most of 2024 with a shoulder injury. His best season came in 2021 with the Ravens when he recorded 1,008 yards.

Brown is known for his speed. Despite not running the 40-yard dash at the combine, he reportedly ran a 4.27 at the Oklahoma pro day.
