The Eagles will have two of their offensive coordinator candidates on their staff.
The Eagles are hiring former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Josh Grizzard as their pass game coordinator. The team employed former Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Sean Mannion as offensive coordinator on Thursday. It looks as if his staff is coming together.
The Eagles’ passing game coordinator in 2025 was Parks Frazier, who took over for Kevin Patullo when he was promoted to OC, who has since been relieved of duties. Frazier could be out in Philadelphia.

The Eagles interviewed Grizzard for a second time on Wednesday, this time in person, for their offensive coordinator opening. The 35-year-old was one of the four to receive a second interview.
Grizzard spent the last two years under Todd Bowles in Tampa, 2024 as passing game coordinator, where the Bucs ranked third in the NFL with 250 passing yards per game, and 2025 as offensive coordinator when their previous OC, Liam Coen, packed his bags for Jacksonville to be their head coach. He was fired earlier this month and replaced by Zac Robinson, the former OC for the Atlanta Falcons and a Sean McVay protege.
This past season, the Bucs ranked 21st in total yards and 18th in scoring with Grizzard as OC, finishing 8-9 after a 6-2 start.

Before that, Grizzard began his coaching career in 2012 as an intern with the Carolina Panthers under Ron Rivera. After gigs with Yale and Duke, he joined the Miami Dolphins as a quality control coach. Grizzard was retained in 2020 when Brian Flores took over and was promoted to wide receivers coach. Mike McDaniel also kept Grizzard when he replaced Flores in 2022, and he stayed in Miami through 2023 until Tampa picked him up.
So after a lengthy interview process, the Eagles have ended up hiring two of their top candidates. It will be a young group leading the offense: head coach Nick Siranni (44), Mannion (33), Grizzard (35), and quarterback Jalen Hurts (27).
