For the culmination of our stay or go series, we present to you the most consequential Phillies free agent: Lou Trivino.

The West Rockhill Township native was signed to a minor league contract with the Phils in August, and came up on August 26, lasting on the roster for the rest of the regular season, before being left off the NLDS roster.

Trivino appeared 10 times for the Phillies, finishing seven of them, and allowing two earned runs off seven hits and eight strikeouts.

Trivino really only came in for garbage time to eat up an inning. That is all.

FINAL VERDICT: GO

He could agree to a minor league deal, but a major league deal does not seem like a possibility in Philadelphia for Trivino.
