How much of a factor could snow play Sunday for Eagles-Rams?

As of Friday morning, there is a 75% chance of snow on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field. The snow is projected to fall from 1:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
In that same time frame, beginning at 3:00, the Eagles will host the Rams. The Rams are coming from warm and sunny Los Angeles, California, where temperatures were in the 60s all week.
Meanwhile, the Eagles were practicing in 20-30-degree weather, along with some snowfall, this week at the Linc.
The weather will certainly play a factor Sunday afternoon in the NFC Divisional Game, but just how much?
Well, Matthew Stafford does not play his best football in these conditions. He is 1-8 in the rain/show, posting a 54.6 completion percentage, throwing 14 touchdowns and 11 interceptions, and having a 76.0 passer rating. That one win came this season, in Week 15 in San Francisco. Stafford went 16-for-20 with 160 yards in the Rams’ 12-6 win. They kicked four field goals.
Stafford has experience playing in the snow in Philadelphia. He was Detroit’s quarterback in 2013, starting the Snow Bowl at the Linc. That day, Stafford went 10-for-25 with 151 yards and no touchdowns.
Stafford has spent his whole career either playing inside at Ford Field or in Inglewood, California. He is not attested to the cold and weather aspects of the game.
Kyren Williams got a lot of action that night, rushing for 108 yards on 29 carries. However, Saquon Barkley has the upper end on Williams. The Eagles and Rams’ rushing yard differential was 1,800 yards this season, including the Wild Card round.
Meanwhile, Jordan Mailata, the Australian, is not such a big of the snow.
Teams that play in a dome, as the Rams do, are 1-6 all-time when playing a playoff game in Philadelphia.
I think it is safe to say that the Eagles have the weather advantage on Sunday afternoon.
