The Eagles will be without their starting tight end in the rematch of Super Bowl 57 and 59.

After suffering a knee sprain on Wednesday, Dallas Goedert has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs in Kansas City.

The Eagles do not believe this injury will be a long-term one that will keep Goedert sidelined for long.

Without Goedert, the Eagles will turn to backup Grant Calcaterra and third-string Kylen Granson.

Being without the 30-year-old tight end is nothing new for the Eagles. Goedert missed seven games in the 2024 regular season. The Eagles went 6-1 in those games.

Will Shipley (oblique) and Cameron Williams (shoulder) are also listed as out for Sunday. It is unclear if either will land on injured reserve.

Landon Dickerson (back) and Jalyx Hunt (hip) began the week listed as limited but were full participants on Thursday and Friday. Neither have game statuses, and are good to go.

Tanner McKee (right thumb) was limited in Friday’s practice for the first time this season after breaking his right thumb late in training camp. He is listed as questionable for Week 2. Sam Howell was the backup in Week 1.

Here are the Eagles’ and Chiefs’ full, final injury reports:
