Philadelphia Eagles 3-Round Mock Draft 3.0

With just one week until the NFL draft kicks off, I have put together my three-round mock draft for the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles.
There has been little chatter about the draft from Eagles fans, as expected, but here are a few players fans should keep an eye out for next week. I used ProFootballNetwork.com’s mock draft simulator for these picks, and while we all know Howie Roseman loves to move up and down the draft board, I did not make or accept any trades.
Round 1, Pick 32, Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
With their first pick in the 2025 draft, the Eagles add another Georgia Bulldog in Malaki Starks. While many believe that if the Eagles want to draft Starks, they will have to move up to get him, in this simulation, he falls right into their lap. The Eagles have shown that they are willing to move up if they have identified a player they like, and if Starks is that guy, it would not surprise me if they moved up a few spots to get him.
A few years ago, it would have been crazy to predict the Eagles draft a Safety in the first round, but after Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean‘s rookie years, I could see the Eagles going back into the defensive back well. After trading away C.J. Gardner-Johnson this offseason, the Eagles have a massive hole at safety that Starks can fill from day one. Starks impressed many with his speed in the combine, running a 4.5-second 40-yard dash, and he is well known for his instinctiveness and ball skills. In 2024, Starks also led his team in tackles with 77. Starks would be a perfect addition to an already good and young secondary if he is able to fall into the Eagles’ range.
The Eagles recently used a top-30 visit on Starks. In the past, these visits have been a window into who the Eagles will pick when they are on the clock.
Round 2, Pick 64, Oluwafemi Oladejo, EDGE, UCLA
With the 64th pick in the 2025 NFL draft, the Eagles select Oluwafemi Oladejo, an EDGE rusher from UCLA.
The Eagles lost two impactful pass rushers this offseason in Brandon Graham and Josh Sweat, but they added more depth to the position with this pick.
Oladejo started his college career as a stand-up linebacker but was then transitioned into being an EDGE rusher. He is good in the run game and the pass game, which is something the Eagles desperately need. Since he is new to the position, he needs some time to develop, but once he does, I think he can be an impact player. In 2024, he had 13.5 TFL and 4.5 sacks. You would obviously like the sack number to be higher, but that is why he is an end of the second, early third-round player. We have seen what Vic Fangio was able to do bringing along Nolan Smith and Jalyx Hunt. I think he can do the same with Oladejo.
The Eagles also used one of their top 30 visits on Oladejo.
Round 3, Pick 96, Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami
To round out my three-round mock draft, I have the Eagles taking Elijah Arroyo, a tight end from Miami.
There have been a ton of rumors that the Eagles will trade Dallas Goedert at some point during the draft, and if they plan to do that, I have them taking his replacement here.
At Miami, they loved to use Arroyo in the screen game, which is something the Eagles love to do with their tight ends. Miami also used Arroyo a lot down the field, which is a big strength of Jalen Hurts.
While I do not think Arroyo will be as good of an NFL player as Goedert has been, he fits a lot of what the Eagles like to do with their tight ends. In 2024, Arroyo caught 35 passes for 590 yards and 7 touchdowns. The biggest concern for him has been injuries. In both 2022 and 2023, he battled knee injuries, which is definitely a concern, but if the Eagles think he can stay healthy in the NFL, I would like this pick.
It has not been reported that the Eagles have used a top-30 visit on Arroyo.
