The Eagles held their final practice of the 2024-25 season on Friday at the Saints’ facility in New Orleans, and we have Brandon Graham‘s official status for Super Bowl LIX.
Graham, who has been on injured reserve since tearing a biceps in Week 12, was a full participant in practice Friday for the first time this week and is listed as questionable for Sunday.
Graham said on Thursday that he thinks “it is a go” for his final NFL game. Graham told reporters that his status for Sunday will be how practices. “[Wednesday was a good one, [Thursday] was longer one. But if it holds and everything goes well, I think it’s a go,” BG said.
The Eagles have until Saturday at 4:00 p.m. to activate Graham from injured reserved. They will have to make a corresponding roster move to do so. Nick Gates, the Eagles’ backup center, randomly popped up on the injury report Thursday with a groin injury. He is listed as questionable for Sunday. Could he be placed on injured reserve to free up a spot for BG? Who knows.
Another note is DeVonta Smith was once again limited on Friday, but is listed without a game status. He has been dealing with a hamstring injury all week but will play. Jalen Carter is reportedly ”feeling much better” after being sick this week. And Kenny Gainwell also officially cleared concussion protocol.
Everyone else is ready to roll.
So, here are the Eagles’ game statuses for Super Bowl LIX:
OUT: WR Britian Covey (neck).
QUESTIONABLE: OL Nick Gates (groin), DE Brandon Graham (elbow), TE C.J. Uzomah (abdomen).
And for the Chiefs:
DOUBTFUL: WR Skyy Moore (abdomen).
