The Phillies are racking up their arbitration deals on Thursday.

The team settled a $7.7 million agreement with Alec Bohm to avoid arbitration, according to FanSided’s Robert Murray. The Phillies have also agreed to terms with Bryson Stott, Ranger Suárez, Brandon Marsh, Jesús Luzardo, Jose Ruiz, and Garrett Stubbs. This leaves just Edmundo Sosa as the Phillies’ only remaining unresolved arbitration cases for 2025.

Without an agreement prior to the deadline, the Phillies will exchange salary figures with each of them and separate hearings would be scheduled for mid-February.

If no one-year or multi-year settlement can be reached by the hearing date, the case is brought to a panel of arbitrators, who will select either the salary figure of either the player or the club as the player’s salary for the upcoming season.

Last season, the Phils and Bohm were unable to reach an agreement prior to the arbitration deadline. They went to a hearing, which Bohm won. This time around, they reach an agreement.

Bohm’s name has obviously been whirled around in trade talks this offseason, but nothing has really come of it. The only big thing was the Phillies coming out and announcing they were never shopping Bohm, to begin with.

Bohm had a great regular season, slashing .280/.332/.448, but finished terribly, going 1-for-13 in the National League Division Series against the Mets, and was even benched in Game 2. Bohm also has a .214 batting average with 25 hits, two home runs, and 14 RBIs in 34 games in the postseason in his career.
