We are just one day away from the Eagles raising their Super Bowl banner and kicking off the 2025 NFL season.
The Eagles released their third and final injury report of the week ahead of Thursday night’s matchup against the Cowboys, and there is just one player listed as out on the 53-man roster.
Tanner McKee, who suffered a right thumb injury late in training camp, is out.
McKee has yet to throw since fracturing that thumb, and Sam Howell will replace him and back up Jalen Hurts. Howell was required via a trade with the Vikings back in late August for this exact reason. Howell is wearing No. 14.
The Eagles have until 4:00 p.m. ET on Thursday to make up to two game-day practice-squad elevations, which they could use on Kyle McCord to be the emergency third quarterback.
Meanwhile, on a positive note, all 22 starters are active.
Landon Dickerson, who underwent “a minor procedure” on his meniscus in mid-August, will start at left guard on Thursday. He missed Monday’s practice due to a back injury, which is new, but was a full participant on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Andrew Mukuba will be active for his first NFL game, getting game action for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury during the Eagles’ second-to-last training camp practice. Sydney Brown is expected to start at safety, but Mukuba still might see some playing time.
Joshua Uche (groin) and Jalen Carter (shoulder) are both good to go.
