We are seven days away from kickoff in Brazil, and the Eagles’ uniform combination is here. And it is brand spanking new.

A few months ago, we wrote a story on the green debacle in São Paulo, where the Eagles and Packers are facing off.

So basically, Corinthians, “the people’s team,” wears black. Their rival, Palmeiras, wears green. City laws prevent fans from wearing green at Corinthians games to cut down “hooliganism,” Brooks Kubena of The Athletic wrote. Corinthians wears black and white, so these Eagles uniforms will kind of resemble that. The Packers are wearing their classic green and yellow, looking more like Palmeiras.

I think it is a sharp look. I am a sucker for the Eagles’ all-black unis, and the white jersey fits. And there is still midnight green in there on the numbers, nameplate, and wordmark. I think it will look good on the field.
