Do or Die — 76ers Come Back Home Down 2-0

The 76ers are in a do-or-die situation in their Playoff Home Opener on Thursday Night.
Philadelphia is down 2-0 and is in dire need of a win. Going down 3-0 is detrimental and it is extremely rare to come back from that. Philly can avoid that scare by winning tonight in a crucial Game-3 matchup against the New York Knicks.
Philadelphia has the tools to take down this Knicks team. They have the playoff experience, the star power, and the talent over New York.
In this series, New York has simply outworked, outhustled, and outright just wanted to win more than Philadelphia. There is no excuse for the lack of will to win by Philly. The only people on the Sixers that look like they want to win are Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey.
The Philadelphia playoff atmosphere is just different than what it is in New York. The 76ers faithful isn’t going to give up on the team just yet. Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey need some help from the fans if nobody on the team wants to step it up.
It all comes down to this. There is no excuse to lose tonight. The Sixers need to win and they need to do it with force and passion.
