The Philadelphia Union took on DC United away from home on Saturday night. The Union owned DC once again and put six more goals past them.

Mikael Uhre opened the scoring in the 37th minute off a cross from Julian Carranza. Then, in the closing minutes of the first half stoppage time, Daniel Gazdag finished off a penalty kick to put the Union 2-0 up.

It didn’t take the Union much longer in the second half to keep things rolling. In the 47th minute Julian Carranza got his first goal of the night with an assist coming from Daniel Gazdag. In the 70th minute, Carranza got himself a brace and put the Union up four goals. Just four minutes later, Carranza completed his hat-trick. In the 79th minute, Cory Burke finished off the scoring from an assist by Jack McGlynn.

After the last match we had against DC, you would think DC United would have revenge on their minds tonight, but that was not the case. Instead, it was a 6-0 win and another slaughtering.
